The morphological characterization and the urban qualities through the evaluation of the road centrality network has been widely discussed and put in value by the scientific community. It is proposed the evaluation and characterization of the urban network of the action area and its surroundings by using network analysis based on the centrality nodes, allowing to measure the performance in the starting situation and after the planned actions.
