In the current environments of uncertainty and constant transformation, one might wonder if the actual tools and planning strategies are the most suitable to adapt reality to structural changes that network society demands. It is set as the main hypothesis of the thesis the convenience and suitability of the conformation of an urbanism that unties from the place to properly manage the uncertainty.

Utopias will prove to be a mean of liberation from the tyranny of space, spreading its precepts in a simple and effective way. It will be verified that utopias are effective operators in environments of uncertainty, since they allow a continuous mediation between the changing physical reality and the dreamed one. The utopia as a collective formula remains but people and environment change.

We will highlight the vestiges of Urban Plans without Place found in the structures of government of the density in different european neighborhood; their deployment in environments that are conducive to disasters through the coding adapted to the transformations of the medium; the construction of a digital laboratory for the empirical understanding of the field project; the projectual orientation of comparing various fields of accessibility and its function in Granada and Almería; the creation of an network-ordinance by using Artificial Intelligence techniques establishing a risk evaluation of urban differentiation in the municipality of Santa Fe; ending with an Energetic Utopia that will cartography the risk of energetically convenient behaviors according to the infrastructure topology.
