Nautral Paths have a high potential to respond to the growing social demand for alternative tourism services, to provide the population with access to a sport, cultural and educational experience and to experiencie contact with nature in order to promote sustainable development. Specifically, this project consisted of a study of alternatives for the creation of a network of Mountain Bike circuits in the region of Los Pedroches to contribute to the value of Iits natural, cultural, agricultural and landscape heritage that supplement the offer of leisure and free time and increase the quality of life of the inhabitants of the area. 

For the design of the alternatives of the path information was gathered on the area using Geographic Information Systems and documentation of public organisms. It were performed different procedures such as suitability analysis of several paths, the forecast of the evolution of the potential demand, the potential uses of the path and its connectivity with the surrounding municipalities and other natural paths and the assessment and definition of the several Mountain Bike routes based on certain conditioning factors through the application of the Andalusian Federation of Cycling method of valuation.
