The strong growth experienced by the use of the Nursery Farm in Castro del Rio has allowed the municipality to specialize in this intensive agricultural management, which has led to an economic activity of great value and has generated the need to recognize the scale of the phenomenon, the conflicts that can arise with the industry regulations and the need to couple the existing and future uses of the Nursery in the Urban Planning of the municipality.

All of that was carried out based on what is established in the procedure of Evaluation of Health Impact of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia according to the indications of the “Handbook for the assessment of health impact of the instruments of urban planning in Andalusia”
