The interpretation of opinion and satisfaction polls based on statistical analysis presents derived difficulties from the nature of the information and the requirements of the statistical methods available. For the analysis, we will use artificial neural networks techniques for obtaining respondent profiles without the need to provide additional information. Through the use of statistical tests on the groups obtained it will be evaluated the dependence of each founded profile for each answer, obtaining relevant results for the interpretation and identification of the reality where the survey has been done.
The interpretation of opinion and satisfaction surveys based on statistical analysis presents difficulties arising from the very nature of the information and the requirements of the statistical methods available. For the analysis, artificial neural network techniques will be used to obtain respondent profiles without the need to provide additional information. By means of statistical tests on the groups obtained, the dependence of each profile found on each response will be evaluated, obtaining relevant results for the interpretation and identification of the reality on which the survey has been carried out.
